Contributing to the Global Solar Atlas of the World Bank: We recently finished our Solar Resource Measurement Campaign in Nepal which included 2 years of irradiance measurements. Have a look at the GSA which not only shows you the local irradiance but also offers the option of a power output calculation for solar projects.
