- Identification with our goals of supporting sustainable energy solutions
- Excellent graduation from BSc to PhD in engineering, physics or computer sciences, or outstanding practical skills and on-the-job experience in the CSP sector
- Ability and affinity for precise working and structured analysis
- Programming abilities and experience in MATLAB or other languages
- Competent utilization of standard PC software (Windows, MS Office)
- Disposition for international business trips
- Proficient use of English and either German or Spanish in a business context
- Team player and open-minded for new challenges and cultures
- If applicable, interest in a multi-year residence in Almería, Spain
